Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hi guys,

 

I process a large number of print jobs daily. I have to write information on them to help identify them further down the line.

this would be made easier if i could set up a header, or watermark (it needs to be clear and at the top of the document) that has changeable information within it.

 

I have experimented with the watermark feature but to no avail.

 

Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am using endnote. And some from the internet. Which makes it more complicated.
Hence me trying to figure a process on the printer side of things. To blanket cover all my sources for printing.

In this case Jr, the option is not something that can be configure on the printer or the driver

Option is avalible only in certain apps

What features are available with watermarking (which is something controlled/ setup on the workstation, not the printer) depends on the printer driver.

 

Some drivers only offer 'fixed' text to be used as a watermark, but others allow the current 'username' or 'jobname' to be used.

I've no idea what options the driver for your LJ 4015 might offer.
