I am unable to use the printer to make copies or print. I am getting the following error:

Going through your post, I see that you are facing issues while copying on your Envy printer. Let’s first try performing a power drain to try and fix the issue. Here are the steps:
Now, try making a copy. Place a document face down on the scanner glass and press the copy option on the printer control panel. Let me know if it makes a good copy or not.
