Hi, I'm new to this site & I hope someone can help me...  I am trying to print a picture from Microsoft Word onto Kodak glossy paper.  I can print the same pic to ordinary  paper OK, but it won't print to the glossy paper.    I've played around with different settings on the printer settings but nothing seems to work.  Help please -thanks in advance.  Lozzie

Hi @Loz53,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you are unable to print photos on Kodak glossy paper from your HP Photosmart Premium e-All-in-One Printer.

This issue could occur if the paper type settings are not correct.

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.

You need to select "Other photo paper" in the paper type settings.

You may also check the link: Print Driver Settings Guide (Windows)

Let me know how this works.

You have a good day ahead.
