Unable to send or receive fax from my printer.
Error is
The fax detects an active telephone line: fail
An active phone line was not detected.
This error occures when I plug fax cable in port labeled as RJ-11diagram

And when I plug that jack into upper port which is labeled as telephone set diagram. I receive this error in fax test.
The fax detects an inactive telephone line: Pass
The phone cord is connected to the correct port: Fail
The phone cord is connected to the erong port on the back of your product.

Are you using the Fax line that came with the printer (which will be a 2 Pin fax line) or just a phone line you had on hand (4pin) you can reference this post below to see the difference.
