My printer has started printed vertical lines on the left hand side of a copied or scanned document. If I print directly from the computer, no problems. I have already cleaned, aligned printheads, changed the ink cartridge and already turned off and unplugged the printer for more than 5 minutes. Nothing has worked. What can I do? Thanks

Don't worry though as I have a few steps to determine the issue and find a solution as well,
Clean the scanner.
Clean the ADF rollers.
Change the copy settings.
Change the paper settings.
Reset the printer.
