I don't know whitch problem I've rteally had. After reinstalling the newest full package everything is ok!

Photosmart 3310 Duplex printing with windows 7 --upgrade from Vista. I have downloaded the patch hpo3x00t.gpd. I am unable to open the gpd extension to impliment the fix. What is the solution for this.

The gpd file is not opened.  Read the directions in the PDF file for details of how to install the gpd file.
