Where/How can we get parts to fix/rebuild the cartridge holdown Clip

L411 Ctdg Clip.jpg

Either the full assembly or just the hinge part ( the one with the broken off Stub)

I've been canibalizing Others ( stripped gears from users pulling paper thru) to fix some but need more hinges.

Simple design of a cutout or panel in the case as done for the Ctdg replament would have saved me 20min per. guess that doesnt add to the bottom line.

Would have been a simple Alum or other metal cast for that part saved a lot of headaches.

Hello, @JR_V - Greeting!

Thanks for joining HP Support Forums. I'd like to be of your assistance 🙂

I understand that you are trying to repair the cartridge or cartridge module. I am not very sure about the part that you are looking for. Are you looking for the ink service module?

If so, please check these links for additional information:

Thank you for your reply but NO what I need is the HOLD DOWN Assembly for the INK tartridges:

Here I show 2 with one side of one dis assembled to show the broken hinge, I could do with just the hinge compnent to fix the ones I get from my users, We have a couple hundred of these in the field.

Sincerely

Hello, @JR_V

I am afraid this is not a purchasable part for this printer. I'd like you to contact the HP phone support for further assistance.

HP Technical Support can be reached by clicking on the following link: http://h22207.www2.hp.com/us-en/?openCLC=true

(1) Once the support page opens please select the country in which you're located. Next, enter your HP model number on the right.

(2) Next, choose the 'Contact Support' tab at the top and scroll down to the bottom of the 'HP Support- Contact' page to fill out the form provided with your contact information.

(3) Once completed click the 'Show Options' icon on the bottom right.

(4) Lastly, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select 'Get phone number.' A case number and phone number will now populate for you.

If you have any troubles, let me know and I will do my best to help!

Cheers 🙂
