HP Recommended
Product: HP Photosmart Premium C410
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

After many frustrating hours of uninstalling and reinstalling the printer and drivers I am told I need to get the above driver?  Where?  Why does it also when in trouble shooting suggest I need the HP 500 color M551 driver when I do not have an HP 500?
