Does anyone know where I could download SIUtility64.exe?

I have an HP LaserJet 400 color M451DW and it launches Smart Install by default, maps CD drive.

I want to disable all that so that I can do a regular inf (or PnP) driver install.

Question 25 of FAQ says it's on the driver CD in utils directory, but not on my LaserJet 400 CD!!

I went to hp.com/support drivers and not there either!!

Thanks!

Hi,

Disabling HP Smart Install can be done from the device front panel itself for the M451.

From the printer front panel open the Service Menu.

Then go to HP Smart Install ansset it as Off.

Now Smart Insall should be disabled.

Thanks for responding.

I tried that.  See attached picture.

I set it to off, but the CD still mounts when plugging in, and also starts the HP Installer!

I just want to install the printer like regular...inf windows pnp.

Any other suggestions?
