Question for you: I'm using Windows 10 with a Designjet z6100 60 inch. I can't get it to print over 200 inches long. It's very frustrating, because I have to piece the drawings together. I've tried everything. Any ideas?

Can anyone give suggestions on Designjet 500 42, with ethernet card?  Had it working on Win 7 pro, but now we are on Win10 pro.  Can't get it to work thru ethernet card or usb port.  I have successfully pinged it.

Use the winsows 8 .0 driver 64bit

reset the network card ( prinrer sey=t up > IO > advanced > reset

Machine will reboot

Go back and get the iP address

install the win 8 driver

create a port on the PC  with the correct IP address

be sure to go to  Services>trouble shoting > select all the oprions you can - this avoids 61:05 or (65: 01  ?) errors

Good luck
