Spent several hours with HP support and they could not get the driver installed for my new OfficeJet 6962 on my new Windows 10 Laptop. Actually, 1 person did, but when I couldn't scan, the next person inexpicably removed the driver and could never get it reinstalled. Eventually I had to return the printer a day after purchasing it, because no one at HP support could get it intstalled after several hours of trying.
Question: I'm actually fairly brand loyal to HP. How can I be sure if I choose another model that the software install will work on my Windows 10 laptop? I do not want to go through this process again.
