Проблема решаема.

HP 4470c можно подружить с Windows 7 x86, качаем ScanJet 4400C/Cse/Cxi/4470C/Cse/Cxi PrecisionScan Pro software/driver  Version3.14, 63.35M, распаковываем и ставим совместимость setup.exe с Windows XP SP3. Затем запускаем от имени администратора и радуемся.

Yes , but you'll be done after Windows XP . So , the best work around remains on installing a virtual version of XP on your HDD :

for Windows 7 : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/install-and-use-windows-xp-mode-in-windows-7

For Windows 8 : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/hyper-v-run-virtual-machines .

For Windows 8.1 : http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-8/hyper-v-run-virtual-machines .

 

If you have the WXP install disc , you can partition your HDD and install XP on the new partition . You can also install a second HDD in your pc and play WXP on it . In both cases , Windows will ask you witch system you need to run when booting your pc .
