Wireless install of Deskjet F4580 All-in-One

I receive this message when I try the wireless install:

Your computer is unable to communicate with your printer at (IP Address) This may be caused by firewall software. If you are using firewall software, verify that UDP port 427 is unblocked for both inbound and outbound traffic.

Your PC can not communicate with your printer at address (IP Address). Check all cable connections. Check that the printer, PC and router are powered on and connected to the network.

I am running win xp (sp3) with a belkin wireless router. No av/firewall installed. The printer installs without any problems via usb. I ran a diagnostic report which hasn't found any problems:

Wireless On: PASS

Wireless Working: PASS

SSID found: PASS

Printer settings consistent with router settings: PASS

No Filtering: PASS

Connected: PASS

Signal strength: Good

Other networks detected matching your ssid: No

Wireless networks detected: 6

Downlink count: 133

Channel: 6

Network name: belkin

Hardware address: 1c:c1:de:3b:cf:72

IP Address:

Config source: DHCP

Comm Mode: Infrastructure

Auth type: WPA-PSK

Encryption: Auto

I would be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction, I sure it's something simple but I have no idea where to start.
