Was printing ok, but now the paper is rolled through from the feeder tray, doesn't print, stops half way and reports a paper jam.

Tried unplugging and replugging; cleaned the interior, to no avail.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,

Tony the silver surfer.

I understand that you are facing an issue with your printer where it is accepting the paper halfway and you are getting a paper jam message.

Kudos to you for trying to clean the interior of the printer.

Not to worry, I will be glad to assist you.

Have you tried to print using a different brand of paper?

Request you try the steps suggested in this HP Article for assistance in resolving the paper jam with our printer.

Thanks for the help, however, during research for this problem I discovered that a new printer can cost about the same as a pair of print catridges.
I now have a brand new, warrantied, wireless printer, so I am good. Thanks again,
