HP Desk Jet 3636

I signed up to Instant Ink and the package came some months ago. Have just opened it and the wrong cartridges have been sent. Have spent an hour trying to find out how to return them and ensure the correct cartridges sent in future.

Cannot get an answer - anyone on here had the same problem? Thanks.

Hi @Naana

Welcome to the HP Support Forum! I hope you enjoy your experience here ヾ(⌐■_■)ノ♪

I see that you're concerned about receiving the wrong ink, having recently enrolled in Instant Ink. I would like to help.

What you're describing is a common observation for new Instant Ink users. The ink you've received is precisely what your printer needs for the program, it's just larger than what you're used to. You might find this 'How to install your Instant Ink cartridges' video handy: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MM--8O0WrYA

Try using that ink at your leisure and let me know if that resolves the issue for you.

Many thanks - problem solved. But printer now on a go-slow and taking ages to print one A4 page!

Any suggestions please?

Glad to hear! As for the speed, I can advise on some fixes. What operating system are you using to print from?
