I made a video of my problem here: https://youtu.be/5eCypcEWkLo

I've tried all kinds of things and I'm having zero luck, let me know if you have any suggestions. Here's a list of what I've done:
BRAND NEW printheads
New Ink Cartridges
Siphoned ink to remove any possible air bubbles
Cleaned Printheads
Cleaned contacts on carriage printhead slots
Aligned Printheads
Printed different images from different software
Printed from different USB ports
When the printheads are inserted it will print a diagnostic image of every solid color and they are all present INCLUDING CYAN BLUE. However any time I attempt to print any file blue is not printing. Suggestions?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Interesting Dilemna -

What about the internal Demo Prints? Is Cyan showing up with them?

If not, then you know it is definitely a printer issue. You might have to switch out the complete ink tube assy.

If so, then you might have to reload the print Driver or in the Driver, under the colour tab, you can switch to different ISS standard profiles or switch from Printer controlled colour to Application controlled colour.

I really don't have any other suggestions on this, sory.

Good Luck,

RoyK

I watched your video &  your printheads, inks were all perfect. I suspect was the color print profile caused.

I recommend you do the following :

You first    color calibrate your media loaded to the printer.

after you edited image & go to     edit            >>   convert    >   working RGB   .

When you print,  chose             photoshop manage color   >    HP Z2100   glossy/mat/satin  .

try other image with more cyan color  & other colors.
