@kikilove2017

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

I understand you have an error message-"All drives disabled",

I'll be glad to help you out, however, for an accurate solution I will need more details:

What is the product number of your device? Use this link to find it: http://support.hp.com/document/c03754824

Have you attempted any steps on your own before posting on the HP Forums?

When was the last time it worked without these issues? Have you attempted a system restore?

When and where do you get this message, can you send a screenshot with your next reply?

Please reply with the details for further assistance.

Eager to help!

Thank you for responding,

It's great to have you back 😉

Please try the system restore as it should fix most issues, also the screenshot I was referring to, was to understand what message you are referring to? I'll need to know where you get it? which part of the screen? when you get it? to be able to help you.

That said, which program is it that's telling you about your disabled drivers?

Here's the link to step by step instructions on performing a system restore: Click here

Let me know how that works out, keep me in the loop and Good luck! 😉
