Still thinking if I want to return. If I decide on a return, I will just return it to Sam's Club and get another printer; either a Canon or an Epson. i am beginning to be concerned about future issues with this HP printer. There might be other goblins in the unit that have yet to come out.
I really do not need the aggravation.

As the case manager explained to me it is a new unit that has been tested before being sent out to you and they are labeled certified refurbished. Carries the full warranty of your current printer.

- I told her I will be making a trip to Sam's Club tomorrow to see if I could 1) find 1 with the serial # CN & 2) exchange the 1 I have for another. If I can't I will be receiving a replacement.
Overall, yes this is frustrating & a pain but with HP having great customer service makes everything less stressful. I suggest to you to get in contact with their case mgmt team.
