800 designjet800ps 42 inches
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

I have exhausted all possibilities of cleaning, aligning and calibration on this printer and still I get banding on images printed although I choose best option for print.

Any ideas to resolve this issue?

all outcomes of tests are okay!!!

Would the carriage holding the printheads is tired and requirs replacement?

Thanks for help

It would be helpful to see a sample of the banding.

Not sure what you're trying to print but I know my 800 was never good for high quality photos.  You may have hit the ceiling on what the printer is capable of.

I don't work for HP....I just repair their printers.
