I am able to print with my HP Deskjet Ink Advange 4615 without any problems.
However, when I try to scan, it says "computer not found" even though it is connected to it via USB.
I have tried to use the HP Print and Scan Doctor - the scanner suddenly starts to work and says that my scan has been sent to my computer but there are no scanned documents in my computer.
I hope you can help! Thanks in advance.
Have you tried reinstalling the full feature software? (link)
Thanks for the reply! I have reinstalled/re-downloaded the whole updated software/drivers from the HP site, but it didn't help.

Yes have tried to re-install the updated, new downloads from the HP site but hasn't help. Maybe I didn't do it correctly?
