Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Since changing to windows 10 (in error) unable to print and system is extremely slow. Recently upgraded to the HP 6300 series driver for windows 10. still cannot printer. How do I get the printer online to print.

Hello and welcome to the HP Forums!

 

Well using windows10 should not have cause your printer to get in offline mode.

But there could be some registry issues that would have made your win10 computer to run slow.

Printer offline indicates that your printer and computer are not been able to communicate with each other.

Here is step by step guide for you:-

After that, download and run the Print and Scan Doctor tool, this should resolve the issue with the printer showing offline and remove the documents from your queue.
