I simply wish to return 2 ink cartridges I ordered in error and wish to get replacements.  

 

Could you please give me a phone number for support please

Welcome to HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

 

I understand that you have ordered two incorrect cartrudges (HP 301) and would like to return them. 

 

I suggest you to contact the place of purchase to get them replaced. Otherwise, you may contact our HP phone support to get a replacement. If you're unable to reach HP phone support via the link then let me know the region you live in and I'll try to locate the contact information for you.

 

NOTE: The cartridges may not be replaced if the packaging of the cartridges is already opened.
