designjet 800 no network access

on my Designjet 800 the led on the network card is steady green. does that indicate a bad network card?

Re: designjet 800 no network access

No. Most times that indicates a good connection. Run the printer information pages from the setup menu on the plotter to see if maybe the address has changed on the card.

Re: designjet 800 no network access

I have no access to the printer from the network. it does't show in the router. gone. the setup info page no longer mentions anything about the network address.
