This works for Vista but when I downloaded to my computer (using Windows 7), I got message that drivers

must be installed first. Well, hello, they are installed ortherwise I could not print documents. Ha

I have magenta towner smearing on paper as it prints.  Looks like a pink watermark... Cute, however on certificates and ID cards, the guys don't around here don't like it very much.

Any fixes for this??? Printer is fine. However, I will no longer buy refurbished cartridges!!!!!!!!!!!!

I can not help with the error message, but I also buy refurbished cartidges.  The last time one leaked (like yours), I called the vendor (Buy.com), and requested a replacement under their one year warranty.  It took three weeks after I mailed the leaker to them (I paid for the postage) to get the replacement.  Thus I feel I am ahead financially on this purchase.
