ePrint Center Sign-In or Aign Up Problems

Just bought a new printer. After registration and getting it al working I went to the ePrint Cente3r as instructed. I treid to sign in with my HP login. Told it was "forbidden  error". Tried to create an account and got the same message. Tried to retrieve a passowrd and it would not connect. Where the url pops up on the bottom left, it read "javavoid o"

Why cannot I not get an account or logged in with HP account in thios area?  Is there a javascript problem at HP right now or is my java scipt not up to date?
