Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

 

My eStation Zeen tablet exploded. Suddenly there was static noise and smoke in the room and my wife and kids where scared and left the house. When I came home I placed the printer in the garden to cool down.

 

The tablet is expanded and the screen cracked.

 

Because my family is scared I can't try the printer whithout  the tablet to see if it still works.

 

If have read some simmular issues with the tablet, what is the next step for me to do?

Thank you for your reply, I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. 

 

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 
Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
