envy 5665 print driver conflict

Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

cannot print from pc to printer.  printer will respond to phone and print fine from phone.  Pc shows it see the printer and will try to send the print to printer but printer does not respond. I have ran HP fix tool and it show a print driver conflict. followed instruction to remove and reinstall the HP software.  Pc can see and communicates to printer but will not send print.  still get the driver conflict error.  Help   Local pc shop "fixed" it by doing a restore from back in January but that only worked until PC did automatic update on next start up.  HELP....

Thanks for using the HP Forums.

Please Uninstall and Reinstall the FULL feature software following these steps:

1. Uninstall the software in your computer
2. Download and save the FULL feature software (do not install it online)

 

The following resource will help you :

http://123.hp.com/us/en/

Key in your printer model, Operating System and download & install the FULL feature software.

3. Install the FULL feature “Saved” software

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.
