Help!

I just purchased the same printer from Costco...(5/11/2017)

Brand new...just out of the box...won't print color from the computer.

Will print test page in color from front panel of printer...

Followed instructions above...reinstalled drivers...

Any print dialog resets to Black and White...

help!

Welcome to the HP Forums. I would be happy to help you with your HP Envy 7645 printer. I understand that it is not printing in color and you have already done some preliminary troubleshooting. 

  • Check the print settings.
  • Check for ink smears on the back of printouts.  
  • Print and evaluate a Print Quality Diagnostic report again.
  • Clean the cartridges.
  • Align the printer.

Click here and follow the document to perform the above mentioned steps.
