Has anyone else had that error message and solved it?

Hey there. The "0x...." is a general ink system failure message. This could be cause for a number of reasons. To start I recommend following this document which will go through some steps to try and resolve this issue. Heres the link:
Post back and let me know how this works. If it does not work let me know. Also include what operating system you are using and any other details you can provide.

The page itself did not show my error but it led me to another page that solved my problem.
It was so simple, all I had to do was cleaning the track for the ink cartridges with damp coffee filter.
After I had done so, I had a perfect working printer back.
