Hi,

Open command Prompt and type the following:

subst C: E:\

and press enter

Try installing again.

Although I am an HP employee, I am speaking for myself and not for HP.

DevRAo,

Thanks HOWEVER the subst command gave an invalid parameter and after checking out the registery all are pointing to my E: drive (correct drive)... so I am perplexed.

I am a bit frustrated as all of the program loads (3 of 4 programs). What does not load is the Digital Imaging (program 2 of 4) as it is looking for the C: drive. Then when all is finished I cannot load the Soultion Center or scan unless I use Windows Paint.

Any other thoughts???

Sincerely,

Denver
