error 86:01 DESIGNJET t1100

Hi.

 

I just replace the trailing cable, because of an error 02.1.10. The error is gone but now i have the error 86:01.

 

I have verify for paper, sensors, clean and oil the rails, test carriage Drive roller sensors.

 

Can't find the problem, any ideas is appreciated.

IT give me the error after starwheel assembly have lift 2 times and IT came out of the service station.

Hi,

 

Here are some posibilities

 

- Belt not installed correctly

- Belt tensioner not installed correctly

- Carriage bushing broken (Most posible cause)

- Tubes and trailing cable not routed correctly

Hi. Thanks for your reply. It's already fix. It was the service station that was causing the problem.
