The issue you are facing is created in the majority of circumstances by an error in the Ink system. This
link http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c01611459 will take you to an article that will provide the steps necessary for you to take in order to cover most of the steps you can take without servicing the product.
In the even that the printer still presenting the issue after this steps please post again with any comments of anything unusual I will do some futher research and even reach out to some peers to see if there is some other steps we can take to solve the situation.
