If the above steps does not resolve the issue, you may want to try the steps below.
1. Unplug the printer
2. Wait ten seconds
3. Push and hold the power button in and plug the machine back in (Do not let go of the power button until you see the screen flash the OX code
4. Wait for 5 more seconds and release
5. Printer should go into normal start up mode
