exchange unused ink
04-23-2017 09:56 PM

Hi my printer is not printing and it always say cartridge jammed. I have 9 unused unopened ink cartridges and I need to buy new HP printer which is using another model ink cartridges (either 60XL or 63XL as I was told by the shop). Before I buy, I need to check with you on my unused unopened cartridges - how can I get exchanged to the new printer ink cartridges?
Thanks and best regards,

In the past, for cartridge exchange of HP cartrdiges unopened and in-warranty see the post here. I do not know if this program is still in effect.

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Forum's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
