Solved!

fatal error 1714 on my photosmart c309

Can't restall program get fatal error/msi.san 1714. Used HP solutions for errors an still can't install.

Hello,

 

 

I see that you’re having an issue with the printer. 

 

I would suggest installing the software one by one. Go ahead and uninstall the software first, and then follow the instructions below. 

 

You should get to a point in the install that looks something like this. Please click on the area where the yellow arrow is pointing.

Once you do so, it will look like this. Please install each driver one by one, starting with the first options which is the print driver. You will need to uncheck each option, which some of these drivers will not let you uncheck which is fine.

 

Once its finishes, you can go back in and do the next install.
