I read about the display issues you're having with your Envy 120 and wanted to reach out. You can try a power reset and ensure the printer is plugged in directly to a wall outlet and try touching the display again to see if there are any better results. If not, you're looking at needing a replacement printer or trade in. If that happens, please call phone support to discuss you're next options. I will leave the contact details below.
Turn the printer on.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit.
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on.
