HP pro jet 7740

HI, I have a HP pro jet 7740 printer and would like to print cardstock paper with the weight of 110 pound. This will not put up the paper to go through the printer is their a problem with my machine or it just can't print on heavy card stock paper?  Kathy

I understand that you are unable to print cardstock paper with the weight of 110 pounds.

 

This issue could occur if the rollers are dusty or the cards stacked in the tray may be more than 30.

 

Let's go through a few steps to troubleshoot this issue.
