For some unknown reason my HP Envy 7645 has switched to print only 2 sided copies.  How can I reset to print 1 sided AND/or 2 sided.  I've tried everything I can see to try....There appears 1 sided copies no longer exists.  Thx

Hello;

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Click the shortcut on the desktop for your printer.

Then select Print --> Set Preferences.

Then select the Layout tab, and under "Print on Both Sides" select None.

Good Luck

I just purchased this HP Envy from Costco, and it was printing on one side

Now it has chosen to print on both sides.

Which I do not want.  Tried to change.  System will not accept
