Hi AndyCM,

You can go through the wireless menu on the printer and obtain the IP address for your printer.

Open your internet browser on your computer and type the printer's IP address in the address field and hit enter.

The Printer's EWS(Embedded Web Server) should load, I don't have access to an 8600 at this time but you should see an option on there to edit your outgoing email profile or your address book which will remove/add the email addresses on the front panel on your printer accordingly.

Though I may work for HP, my opinion is my own.

See page 54:

You will need to type the IP address of the printer into a web browser to change the stored email addresses.

Ok, I found my IP Address but when I go to edit my email address book it says it is not a secure website.

Should I go to it anyways?

Yes, it is fine to go to the website.  The warning just means that the web page is not encrypted, but for your purposes, this does not matter.
