Hello, I have the officejet pro 8610. I'm trying to make flash cards to use for studying and was wondering if anyone knew how to print on 3x5 cards using the Officejet Pro 8610 printer? Thanks

Printer:

HP Officejet Pro 8610 e-All-in-One Printer

To get the most out of your printer and to be able to access all its functions, be sure to install the Full Feature Software:

File name: OJ8610_198.exe

Release details

Released: Nov 13, 2015

Version 32.3

Specifications indicate that 3X5" index cards are supported without the need to make a custom form .

The User Guide explains how to load the little cards into the printer, Page 25

The Index card selection should be available in your Printing Preferences in Media type / Paper Size.

To make this easier to accomplish, you might use Word (or free LibreOffice) to create your document:

  • Create a new Word document
  • In "Layout" > Size > set the size of the "paper" to 3X5"
  • Set the Orientation as you like.
  • Set the margins to Narrow.
  • In "Home", Select your font.

Save the document when you have a couple of "cards" made up.

(Open your Word Document) > click File > Print

Check your settings and print the card(s)
