hp 4015x Wierd error

so ive got a 49.4c02 error on a clients computer. I replaced the formatter board and the error persists. The odd thing is is this printer is displaying some wierd errors right after boot before showing ready and then displaying the 49.4c02 error.

this is some of the thigns we are showing

it displays these things right after boot before displaying ready. Once ready displays it will kick out the normal 49.xx hp error code.

Any ideas??

Re: hp 4015x Wierd error

As a basic step, remove all the accessories connected to printer (including Tray 3, duplexer, additional memory etc.) and turn on printer in standalone mode

If you are getting these errors while device is in standalone mode (disconnected from network or PC connectivity),  then it must be a bad firmware or bad/defective formatter itself.  Sometimes this error may also be caused due to failed communication between the engine controller & formatter.
