HP 4650

Recently, about a week ago I purchased the HP 4650 all-in-one wireless printer. It prints regular paper and pages perfectly fine, however when I try to print photos' they come out totally unclear and very heavy on ink. The photo is hardly recognizable and very, very low quality. Please help. Neither my fiance' nor myself are very "techy" people and can't seem to figure out the problem. S.O.S!!

P.S. attempting to print photos on HP Photo Gloss Paper...

I'd really hate to return it but if it doesn't get sorted out I'll have no choice, my main desire was to use it in order to print photos.

Hi,

What device are you printing from? (PC, iphone, tablet). When inserting your photo paper, be sure to place the paper shiney side down.

Did you get the picture off the internet and tried to blow it up, if so there is a way to make a picture blow up with proper setting that even goes for a picture you might have on your computer there is a certain way to make it look like a picture the the quality of the picture is another thing you have to have you setting for picture one it changes the resulion and two turn down you colors on the picture it self. I know that is a lot if you want maybe I can walk you one set at a time or you can send me the picture I fix the setting and send it back to you or can I go to the internet and get and fix it for you, Let me know please
