The touchscreen on my printer is unresponsive. The only buttons that work at the back and question. It's currently giving me a message on ink that needs to be replaced. I've got new ink properly installed and it won't let me cancel that message or go to the home screen. It's currently a useless printer that will turn on/off but won't print/scan/copy. I've done the power restart and taken the ink cartridges in/out. Help?!

With the power on, unplug the unit from the wall outlet.  Wait 10 mins.  Plug the unit back into the wall not using any power strip or surge protector.  Power the unit up if it does not.  Status now?
