hp 6520 carriage jam

I am getting the error message clear carriage jam and i have checked and 

it is not jammed i have also followed the hp video help..............

Sorry that you are having a problem with the carriage jam message. 



Try to perform a hard reset on the printer. Unplug the power cord from the back. Leave it out for 30 seconds and plug it back in.


I have also found a link that may assist you with this problem.

I am getting the message "carraige jam" and have followed instructions and I still get the message.

There is no paper jam either. Please help.
