hp 6830 quits printing in middle of document

HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My new HP 6830 printer stops printing in the middle of a print job.  However, sometimes it prints fine?  I specifically am having problems with Turbotax.  My daughters returns print fine but I have another one that prints 3 pages and starts the fourth and just fades out and now it won't print this particular return at all?  We have also had the same type of problems with Google docs.  It just leaves off the last page?

I have spent hours on this and I am ready to just go get another printer!  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the printer several times, unplugged it, restarted it, tried several of the on-line solutions I have found but to no avail.

Any solution would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you

Hi,

Thanks for using the HP forum.

Are you printing off Microsoft Edge?

Can you try printing via IE or Chrome?

If you have not download and installed the FULL feature printer software from HP for your operating system, here's the link:

Once you have downloaded and installed the FULL feature software, you will be able to print and scan.

Hope that helps.
