Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

ive been trying to sort my instant ink account for ages now, i cnt use my printer till i do i have emailed hp about but no reply, 

basically its telling me to enroll again but my printer wont print off the code to do it 

so not only can i not enrol again i cant get any help either any ideas ?
