hp l7590 printer cuts off bottom half of my new font.

Hi. hp l7590 printer cuts off bottom half of my new font on every row. I checked with the font owners and they responded that there's nothing wrong with the font but that it may be my printer. i've never messed with the printer settings and never have had a problem printing a font. I have longer fonts from top to bottom that print fine. I'm able to view the font on my screen perfectly, the issue is when printing. Any suggestions why the printer might cut off the bottom of the text? Example, it cuts the lowercase p, y, q, etc. thanks.

Re: hp l7590 printer cuts off bottom half of my new font.

After doing a lot of research, I came to a solution. I finally was able to print correctly.

From Illustrator or InDesign CS5:

File > Print > Advanced > Select "Print as Bitmap"
