Hi brennan1020, thanks for getting back to me.

 

After you download the software and choose to save as, save to desktop > OJ_AIO_4500_G510n-z_Full_Win_WW_140_408-4.exe you will need to double click the file to allow it to extract. The software will open but you can close it, then return to the temp folder and open the 7z folder. You will see the util folder at the bottom of all of the other folders listed.
