hp officejet pro 8600 plus clicking noises

HP Recommended

There is a loud click when the paper is advanced through the printer. It is not a paper jam.

Hi ckell,

I understand you're getting a loud click when the paper is fed through your Officejet 8600 Plus printer. I will certainly do my best to help you with this.

The best steps to try to get rid of this type of noise are contained in this Paper Jam document. I do understand that you're not getting a paper jam at this time, but this document walks you through cleaning steps and checking key areas that could be causing the loud click.

Hope this helps, have a great day!!
