hp photosmart c5180 won't print prints

I can not print any type of photos. I can only print letters. I do not have a disk to unistall & reinstall. If I'm lucky to print it crops off heads or doesn't fill the whole page of paper. I have good ink & use good photo paper. help

Sorry to hear you are having problems.


There is a support page here with information on your printer:


If you think it's a driver problem you can reinstall the drivers through the link above.  Are you printing the photos from within windows?


Check your print preferences to ensure that you havethe correct paper size, location selected and that the sacling options are appropriote for what you need to print.
